Very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Suitable location for relaxation in a peaceful setting with beautiful views. Good air quality due to surrounding forest and mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent and delicious breakfast. Great pool.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxurious amenities. the room was spacious and elegant, with exclusive facilities such as a private balcony overlooking the green scenery. the restaurant provided a wide variety of delicious and high-quality food. the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to relax and enjoy tasty cocktails.

this did not detract from my overall experience at this hotel.

We loved the serene and peaceful location of the hotel, nestled between green mountains in the university campus , made us feel like we were on top of the hill alone. the cleanliness of this hotel was amazing and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff were attentive and flexible with our requests.

The language barrier was tough; most of the staff did not speak English.

The staff at the reception desk had poor communication skills, which led to mistakes in the bill and prolonged checkout time. The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a green and peaceful area on top of a hill in a university campus, allowing for a relaxing stay away from city noise. It's conveniently located just 30 minutes away from SAW airport by car. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the breakfast is delicious and diverse, offering a range of options. the staff is friendly and always ready to help. the hotel boasts a stunning internal pool and a business center for those who need to work.

One aspect we found disappointing was the lack of proper service and attention from the staff.
